Vendor Opportunities
Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A layout is provided to facilitate your table selection. Vendors should indicate on the application for space their booth preference. To receive the early bird registration fee, interested companies and organizations must complete this form and return to CEO Inc. no later than September 8, 2008. Any vendors wishing to have their name listed in conference publications (agenda, registration materials, etc.) and on the conference website should register as soon as possible.
Vendors are also invited to send materials for inclusion in the delegate kit (350 qty. submitted to the conference offices by September 8, 2008). Those materials should be sent to:

Vendor Sponsorships
Vendors wishing to act as a sponsor are invited to look at the sponsorship levels that are available on the Sponsorship page. Sponsorship recognition and benefits are outlined as well.
Setup Times
Vendors are asked to setup between 12:00p.m and 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8th, 2008 and should remain set-up until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9th, 2008.

Please register online or complete the PDF application and submit with payment. Booth confirmation will be forwarded to you by the Conference Organizer.
Exhibit space will not be confirmed without payment. Reserve your booths now using the form below. We, (hereinafter referred to as the "Exhibitor") offer to take for our use, space from The Good Samaritan Society (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") for the Assisted Living Above the 49th Parallel 2008 Conference, subject to the terms and conditions.
